This summer Sting is planning the majority of his time overseas in Europe, while only playing one U.S. gig all summer long. From June 17 to July 27 Sting will play cities and festivals across the European continent after playing a lone U.S. show in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel & Casino on June 9.

The former Police bassist will play festivals in Oslo (Norway), Bergen (Norway), Werchter (Belgium), Henley (United Kingdom), Cognac (France), Argeles (France) and Carhaix-Plouguer (France).

Yesterday we covered the Back to Bass tour dates and now I wanted to take a look at 2011 Back to Bass tickets now that they have just started going on sale. Please note that some of the tickets listed below are for Sting’s shows leading up to the new tour.

Closing Thoughts on Back to Bass Tickets

This should be a truly unique experience, even for fans that have been to many live Sting performances over the years. As a result, expect Sting ticket prices to rise above face value on the secondary market, because if historical price trends continue, these face value tickets look really under-priced.
