Summerfest Lineup 2013

In 2013, Summerfest will once again take over the Marcus Amphitheater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the lineup is teasing at being one of the best yet. For eleven days, over 800 artists will perform across eleven stages where nearly a million people combined will attend to see both the top current acts and local talent across a variety of genres making it one of the most popular music festivals in the world.

Summerfest Milwaukee 2013 Lineup Thus Far

Summerfest, the annual music festival held at the 75-acre Henry Maier Festival Park along the lakefront in Milwaukee, WI, has started to reveal performers for the 2013 edition of the multi-day fest. Set to take place on June 26-20 and July 2-7, organizers have announced the first big name to perform, country star Jason Aldean. Aldean will have Jake Owen as a support act on Saturday June 29.

The festival typically draws anywhere from 800,000 to 1,000,000 concertgoers and has called itself “The World’s Largest Music Festival.” This claim was actually confirmed by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Summerfest Milwauke: A look back at last year

Summerfest 2011 Music Festival – also known as The Big Gig - will be held as always in Milwaukee, WI at the Henry Maier Festival Park.  The festival is set for eleven days: June 29th through July 3rd and July 5th through July 10th.   Summerfest has announced Toby Keith and Eric Church for the 2011 Summerfest lineup with Katy Perry just recently being named as a headliner. We will keep you posted and let you know as soon as we get more info on the official lineup.

The Summerfest 2010 lineup featured an incredible 800+ bands over the course of eleven days. Some of the more notable artists from 2010 include Tim McGraw, Sheryl Crow, Public Enemy, Eric Clapton, O.A.R, and The Roots.  While only two acts have been confirmed for 2011, there are a number of rumors out there and we will let you know as soon as we get official information.
