Animal Collective member Noah Lennox – also known as Panda Bear - is setting out through North America on a solo tour in support of his upcoming album. The tour kicks off May 2 to 4 in Austin, TX, at the Austin Psych Fest, and then continues through Washington, DC; Philadelphia, PA; Brooklyn, NY; Toronto, ON; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; George, WA (at the Sasquatch! Festival); Pioneertown, CA; and Los Angeles, CA for a final date on May 27 at the El Rey Theatre. Tickets for the tour are on sale now.

An experimental musician and founding member of Animal Collective, Noah Lennox was born in Baltimore, MD, and is now based in Lisbon, Portugal. He’s been in the music business a while, releasing his debut album, Panda Bear, in 1999. After focusing on touring and recording with Animal Collective, Lennox released Young Prayer in 2004 and Person Pitch in 2007. Most recently, he was featured on Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories (on the tune “Doin’ It Right”), which won the 2014 Grammy Award for Album of the Year.
