Canadian indie band Stars has just revealed plans for their upcoming studio album, No One is Lost, set to hit shelves on October 14. To promote their newest release, they’re setting out on a nice little tour. Following some late-summer festivals (including Modern Sky Festival and Riot Fest Toronto), Stars will kick off in Portland, ME at Port City Music Hall on November 8, followed by stops in Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; Raleigh, NC; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI, and Buffalo, NY. Support for the tour comes in the way of Hey Rosetta, and tickets for most dates go on sale this Friday, August 15.

Formed in 1999 by a group of friends from Toronto, ON, Stars earned critical acclaim for Heart, their sophomore album. They’ve released seven albums in total—2001’s Nightsongs, 2003’s Heart, 2004’s Set Yourself on Fire, 2007’s In the Bedroom After the War, 2007’s Do You Trust Your Friends?, 2010’s The Five Ghosts, 2012’s The North, and upcoming 2014 release No On is Lost. They claim New Order, Brian Wilson, The Smiths, and many others as their musical influences.
