Do the Detroit Lions have a chance this Saturday? The Lions return to the playoffs for the first time in twelve years and to the Superdome for the second time this season. The New Orleans Saints, on the other hand, return to the playoffs for a third straight year, a first for the franchise. The Saints are trying to erase the Skittles-munching, tackle breaking, Marshawn “Beast Mode” Lynch beat-down they received last year in Seattle.

In addition to the passionate New Orleans fan base, the galvanized Detroit fans are driving up ticket prices. The atmosphere will be electric and no doubt fans want to get a take of the action. After clinching the NFC South against the Atlanta Falcons, the New Orleans Saints have commanded an average ticket price of $312.37 for this Saturday’s home NFC Wild Card Playoff Game. A week-to-week look at tickets show prices leveling off during the holidays but picking right back up to the start of the new year.
